London: T Werner Laurie, 1908. Dated 1908, but actually a reprint from circa 1928 (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 13cm), [iv], 342pp, 6pp adverts. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine. Some rubbing of the binding, minor staining of the font endpapers, contents VG. Overall, this copy is in good to very good condition. From the list of other publications by the author, it can be inferred that this copy was printed in 1928 or thereabouts.
