Illustrated endpapers, being two diagrams -- diagram A. -- a general plan of the Chateau Mirabelle , diagram B. -- a ground floor plan, Chateau Mirabelle. Blue coloured boards with gilt coloured titles to the back strip. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and the book corners are very slightly scuffed. Some dust marks to the paper edges. Photographic dustwrapper showing a naked woman ( back only ) coming out of an egg against a blue/grey coloured background with black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Author photograph on the rear panel. Dustwrapper is rubbed and slightly faded and there is very minor rubbing to the corners of the dustwrapper and to the head and to the heel of the spine. One small chip to the lower front dustwrapper edge. Six people come to the Chateau Mirabelle, 3 to take the injections of the Methuselah enzyme to rejuvenate themselves.
