February 27, 1869.--Resolved, That there be printed, for the use of the House, twenty-five thousand copies of the Message of the President of the United States, with the Reports proper of the Heads of Departments and Chiefs of Bureaus connected therewith, omitting the statistical matters and details accompanying said reports. Resolved further, That there be printed in addition, for the use of the House, five thousand extra copies of the said message and accompanying documents. From President James Buchanan and accompanying documents. 542 pp. Brown cloth covers with blindstamped image of United States of America seal, flowers, vines and eagles. Spine has faded gilt lettering and blindstamp of U.S. House of Representatives seal. Cover corners are bumped and rubbed to boards, edges are rubbed with some board exposed in places. White scuff on front cover. Spine tips are completely removed. Interior pages are browning from age and has some foxing. Interior is tight. Book in Good+ condition.. Cloth. Good +. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9 1/4". U.S. Government Document.
