The jacket is in good condition with light rubbing. The jacket is now protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good condition, free from rips, tears, writing, stains, and bends. There are several illustrations through out. The book has been hand signed & inscribed by Merle Evans on the front free end page in black marking pen. The book has also been hand signed by the author on the front free end page in blue ink. The boards are in good condition with minimal wear. The binding is tight and square.
