Cambridge, UK: Cambridge University Press, 1980. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. viii, 380pp, with several black and white charts and tables. Black cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Heavily bumped bottom corners. Text block edges have some very lightly soiling, top edge moderately foxed. Internally very neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket spine moderately sun-faded, moderate chipping at spine ends and corners, light shelf wear along edges, <2cm closed tear at bottom of rear cover, front flap has a bookseller's sticker with some staining; interior has some very light staining and tape at the spine head and bottom of rear fold.
