New York: Saturday Review Press/E.P. Dutton & Co, 1975. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good+/Near Fine. 4to (11"x9"). 217pp. 1/4 bound black cloth & paper -covered boards. Head edges dented 2" from spine. B&W photos. Photographic dust jacket covered in protective mylar. Inscribed to Hilton Kramer (art critic), "with much respect" & signed by Klosty, at "Springfield Farm/Millbrook, NY/Feb 1978". Klosty traveled & photographed the MCDC from 67-72; he was also the partner of dancer Carolyn Brown. Included is a typewritten letter by Klosty to the critic Kramer Humorously, it cites the shortcomings of another critic "Clive" & his own thoughts on this book.
