New York: Coward-MacCann, 1966. 1st . Hardcover. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included. First printing. 250 pp., photos, photo endpapers, octavo format in dark blue cloth, dustjacket. Text is Nearly Fine with no owner's name, no visible wear. Dust jacket is not price-clipped, but has a sticker scuff to the front panel and some edge-tears and chips, mostly to the spine and rear panel. The two larger chips are about .75" deep. Tough to find as a first edition in the dust jacket.
