A petition to Congress by persons of western Florida (now the most southern portions of Mississippi and Alabama) The petition decries the unlawful taxing of waterways to the Mississippi and New Orleans by Louisiana and the exploitative rates of the Orleans Navigation company which condemn the Florida Territory to population stagnation. Rare, OCLC only locating two copies at the University of Virginia and Tulane University. OCLC 10368717
