Jackson, Ellis Loring Dresel, Jerome Pierce Webster, and Guy Ayrault on the conditions of camps holding British prisoners of war and interned civilians in Germany. In continuation of "Miscellaneous, no. 11 (1916)." United States Ambassador in London, Walter Hines Page (1855-1918), explains that the United States protests "in the most decided terms" against Britain prohibiting trade with certain people and businesses in the United States. The British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Edward Grey (1862-1933), explains at great length why the United States is interpreting the law incorrectly. In Good+ Condition: "ABI" in ink at upper edge of front cover; lightly creased; closed 5-cm. tear from fore-edge of final leaf, not impacting text; otherwise, clean and solid.
