A complete two volume set of the second edition of the memoirs of Anglo-Irish writer, Richard Brinsley Sheridan. Complete in two volumes. Second edition. Volume one is illustrated with a portrait frontispiece and a fold-out facsimile letter .Collated complete. A biographical account of Richard Brinsley Sheridan, an Anglo-Irish writer, playwright, and Whig politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1780 until 1812. Written by Thomas Moore, an Irish writer, poet, and lyricist remembered for his Irish Melodies. Bound in half calf with patterned boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities. Light loss to the head of the spine of volume two. Joints cracked but generally firm. Rear board detached to volume one. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Very Good
