This personal memoirs of the American general William Sherman's dust jacket has small pieces missing and small tears at the top and bottom of the spine and on the back side's bottom edge as well as a blue ink marking drawn on the front cover and general soiling and or tanning overall and lastly has a small piece of old tape on a small part of the spine. The dust jacket inside the lower front corner is also clipped. The interior book, however, is Near Fine condition with no visible extraneous markings throughout, all printing in very well=preserved and enjoyable condition and good and tight bindings.
