London: T. Fisher Unwin, 1905. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo, pp. 206 [1] [8]. Original blue cloth with pictorial front board and spine. Yellowed endpapers and ink name to the front endpaper. Spine and edges sunned and the rear board lightly soiled, but overall a nice, clean copy.
