1910 hardcover as pictured. Ex-college reference library with only markings being a bookplate and accession number on FEP and a label on spine. Binding is intact though both hinges are cracked. Green cloth boards with gold stamping are worn. Rough cut text block. Text tanned but appears otherwise unmarked. Many b&w illustrations. Frontispiece and another tipped in illustration are missing.
