About This Item
London: Faber & Faber, 1961. First edition, first printing. Published by Faber & Faber in London, 1961. This is a near fine copy. The dust wrapper is comically designed by George Adamson and bright, clean and with very little wear to note. There is slight wear to the spine tips and very minor handling marks to the rear panel. It has not been price clipped and shows the original 10s 6d net price. The pictorial paper covered boards are fine. The text blocks are crisp and white on the bottom and side panel; the top panel is mildly foxed. This copy is free from previous owners ink and is, overall, in near fine condition. The authors third collection of poetry. "Other folks' get on so well known/ And nobody knows about my own".
