Could not find a publication date but WorldCAT states 1960. A small thin separartion at the top edge of the first page near the hinge. Beautiful pictorial boards in pink and blue and white with a tan spine. The gray/tan colored slip case has a little shelfwear and a few little darker spots. Cream colored paste-down with black lettering and pink and blue and white.. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good (Slip Case). Illus. by Illustrated By Jeff Hill. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
