A.S. Barnes and Co., 1981. 3d . Cloth. Fine/Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Very large book, shiny green cloth, very bright gilt lettering on spine, light yellow inside covers and adjacent end papers, 223 pages plus final note by Robert T. Jones, Jr. Double-column format, profusely illustrated, some in color. DJ glossy green with a color photo of crowd watching players on front, spine and back right. DJ has 1/2" tear at top front tip, very tiny nicks along top front edge, very slight wear to bottom front tips and nearby edge, very tiny tears at spine top edge, slight wear and tiny tear at spine bottom edge, 3/4" tear at top back tip, creased with tiny tear and slight wear at top back edge, tiny tear with very slight wear at bottom back tip. Poor DJ/Fine book.
