This includes the book which includes 150 or so pages of text; 29 foldout maps and charts. Also included are three packets of related material including maps, handwritten and mimeographed pages; photos; also plans for a small house (I'm not sure it has anything to do with the reservoir). Good plus condition: a little soiling, toning, and wear. Will require extra for shipping. According to Wikipedia, the Clark Hill Reservoir should have been named Clarks Hill Reservoir; the name was later changed to Strom Thurmond Lake. .
