Numerous illustrations and a map. Endpaper plans. Original publisher's white cloth lettered gilt on spine. Dust jacket. Presentation copy: '25th April 1975. In appreciation of all your help and guidance. Gordon Kinsey.' Tipped in handwritten signed letter from Kinsey to A.V.M. Gray and Air Cmdr. Battle addressed from 2 Roundwood Road, Ipswich IP4 4LX Suffolk dated 27th April 1975 and consisting of about 85 words in which he says 'Please accept the enclosed in appreciation of all your generous help and encouragement in producing Martlesham Heath.' He continues by saying he thinks the printers have made a good job of it. Between the wars both Gray and Battle were test pilots at Martlesham. Dust jacket very slightly chipped at head of spine, otherwise very good. 0900963484
