Special limited edition in red cloth slipcase. No. 265 of 350 copies. Bound in full red cloth, edges of text block all gilt. Signed on limitation page. Fine in fine dust jacket. Slipcase is very good with some fading to head and heel of spine. Dust jacket clipped by publisher. DJ protected by issue paper but has a small piece on top edge missing (but no damage to DJ).
