About This Item

2003 Medio Media paperback, 228 pages, includes index, 200 gram. This copy is good, with some mild yellowing to the page edges, and pages. Firm binding, good shape. Cover has lost some shine, and cover edges are slightly rubbed, with minor corner bumping. This book, a classic on spirituality, marries some Eastern ideas of religion to those of Christianity. Christianity needs to incorporate some Eastern wisdom in itself, according to the author. The author was a Benedictine monk.
