Full page cover illus. of an official party (presumably of the Consul General) being saluted by a parade of Cavalry soldiers, with two foot soldiers standing at attention in the foreground. Large music-seller's stamp "Presented with compliments from Nicholson & Co.......etc", across the centre. Wiegand was a native of Belgium, and an acclaimed Organist.
