First printing, very good + cloth hardcover shows a previous owner blindstamp at half title, tiny tear at top edge of group of pages and some other very light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows exposure toning along spine, some mild toning to portion of flaps, bit of cloth bleed visible at jacket reverse and light edgewear that includes small chips and tears. 309 pages. Still a solid copy in jacket of this first printing of the classic novel that was turned into the movie of the same name starring Dustin Hoffman and Laurence Olivier.

Synopsis

Marathon Man is a 1974 paranoid thriller novel by William Goldman. In 1976 it was made into a film of the same name starring Dustin Hoffman, Laurence Olivier, and Roy Scheider and directed by John Schlesinger.
