Southampton, Ordnance Survey for HMSO, 1905. 3 sheets joined, total sheet size 79 x 123 cm, printed in colours, blank verso. Published in the Report of the Royal Commission on London Traffic, a detailed eight volume investigation of the nature, administration, integration and proposed development of road, tram and railway traffic in London. The map was supplied by Edgar Harper (1860-1934), then Statistical Officer to the London County Council (also an early lecturer at LSE and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries, and later Chief Valuer to the Inland Revenue).
