Philadelphia, 1809. 15" x 23". Oblong broadside, on vellum. Slightly foxed. Very good. 15" x 23" An attractive indenture made between two Philadelphians, John Ducker, a house carpenter, and George Thomson, merchant. By this deed, Ducker sells to Thomson a lot on the east side of Ninth Street in Philadelphia, for $2950. The document is signed by Fred Beales, Peter Wagner Jr., Ducker, Thomson, and Alderman Jacob Baker, two with seals. Witnessed on the verso by James Cutler [?] with the paper seal of the "Inrollment Office for City & County of Philadelphia" affixed.
