Small 8vo, original cloth with gilt illustration on covers and gilt lettering on spine, illustrated, 571 pp. Binding worn and chipped at spine and extremities, hinges a little weak, some soiling and foxing, and normal aging. Plates and maps are generally in very good condition, a few have a bit of offset, folding map in the front with tape repair in margin, some small tears in the margins, slight foxing hear and there. Complete. This volume has a nice collection of plates, including illustrations of Kings Bridge, view of City Hall, Old Blue Bell Tavern, and the Methodist Church in John Street. Lawrence p. 16-18.
