About This Item
Springfield, Cincinnati, Dallas, Sacramento: King, Richardson & Co., Publishers, 1894. Originally published in 1890, this is a Very Good copy of a Later Printing from four years later. It was "Sold only by our Authorized Agents." Green pebbled cloth binding with blindstamped decoration (a pair of stylized hinges or clasps) and gilt titling on the front cover, quite faded but clear. The gilt on the spine is mostly gone. Clean text; 502 pages of instructions on all phases of domestic tasks and ettiquette. Front hinge is cracked but holding well. Minor rubbing and bumping. The front cover has blue splash marking, which lessens the attractiveness, although it is still in sound condition.. Later Printing. Hard Cover. Very Good (Minus)/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
