New York: Grove Press, 2022. Hardcover. ix, 228p., first American edition grey & black boards enclosed in the color dust jacket (dust jacket features two photo portraits, then and now, of the author), a very presentable copy that was one too many for the Library of Congress and is stamped "Duplicate" on title page, stamped again on copyright page, and fixed with LC's copyright sticker to back cover. Book's dust jacket has a vertical crease to front flap, otherwise item is unmarked and sound.
