About This Item

New York: A Touchstone Book / Simon & Schuster, 1999. Paperback. 415p., trade-size softbound in 8x5.5 inch decorated wraps, reprint of the mid-60s Macmillan edition. A very good copy; has a remainder strike across the bottom textblock edge, else entirely clean, unmarked and sound. FYI, the decorative cover photo is a vast improvement over the earlier design.

Synopsis
