Limited Edition One of 1,000 copies, beautifully designed and printed by Lawton Kennedy, 95 pages including index, Book is 11.25 inches in height by 9 inches in width, Fine, ultra clean light green/tan cloth boards with bright gilt titles to spine and front board, front board also has gilt bird duplicated on title page. Important and detailed work on Malaspina's expedition and scientific investigation starting in 1791. Beautiful historic illustrations by Jose Cardero as well his color bird illustrations. Book is in as new condition and protected by a new custom mylar sleeve. Many of the pages are un cut at the fore edge. An ultra clean and most present bale Limited Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
