Boston: The Stratford Co., Publishers, 1929. First Edition (NAP). . Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good-. Bound in black cloth with titles stamped in gilt. No additional printings. The Chinese side of Chinese nationalism and the future of the new China as seen in 1929. The cloth shows only a touch of edgewear. Former owner's name, otherwise unmarked. Topstain slightly speckled; the paper shows just a hint of marginal toning; 1" closed tear to the lower edge of the title page. The dust wrapper has moderate edgewear and soil, with small chips at the corners only. It is not price-clipped. A clean, tight copy with the jacket in mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
