US: Viking, 2009. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good +/Near Fine. First Edition, First Printing. Signed by the author at title page. Quarter light gray paper over light purple-grey paper-covered boards with silver debossed particulars to spine and debossed initials to front board. Pages and decorative endpages are clean and unmarked. Text block is clean with light shelf wear to top edge and fore edge is deckled. Boards are clean and bright with bump to lower edge of rear board. Light bumping to corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight, rear board slightly bowed. Dust jacket is clean, bright and unmarked. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
