Dustjacket is not price clipped (4.00 on front inside flap), has 1/3" chipping at base of spine, a few very small edge chips and short closed edge tears, water stain to spine paper. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. A sequel to the critically acclaimed book, "The Little Madeleine", this is a frank and flavorsome autobiography of the continuing life of a young French girl living in London (the author, Mrs. Robert Henrey). Seeing the city with curious, eager eyes, Mrs. Henrey creates a truly magnificent picture of London with its sunmny days and fogs, its fashions and moods, its austerities and its beauties..
