Obra poética profusamente ilustrada com desenhos do autor (muitos de carácter etnográfico), que reflectem a sua vivência e paixão por Angola.
Neves e Sousa fez o mural em grafite do Aeroporto Internacional de Luanda, com 345 metros quadrados, de homenagem aos povos e etnias de Angola. Também deixou painéis nalguns edifícios públicos e privados, nomeadamente no Museu de História Natural de Angola e no Hotel dos Navegantes, no Lobito.
A Palanca Negra idealizada por Neves e Sousa para símbolo da TAAG há quase 40 anos, continua a ser a imagem da transportadora aérea nacional.
