New York: Hurst & Co., 1899. Reprint edition. Red cloth with black decoration and titles, and a color portrait pasted on the front board. 289 numbered pages plus six pages of advertisements. With a flyer for "Best Boys and Girls" books by the publisher laid in. This is a very scarce title under the Hurst imprint. Slanted spine. Wear to the spine ends and the corners. The boards are spotted and dampstained in spots. Small dampstain to the top corner of part of the text block. The hinges are sound and the binding is tight.. Hard Cover. Good+/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
