Eight plates, plus two sheets [an introductory essay by Forest and Danie Dubos (a collaborator of Forest and Georges Pichard) and an end sheet with publication and copyright information, plus five small drawings in duotone]. Each plate measures 11 x 14.25." First plate signed and numbered by Forest. Contents as new, trivial shelf wear only to the portfolio, near fine. Nice book.
