About This Item
New York: Random House, 1970. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Very good. The author's last novel. This is one of 300 numbered copies, printed on special paper and signed by the author. First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a very good example of the original clear acetate dust jacket, which is missing a small chip from the top of the spine. This is copy 295 of 300, signed by Welty. The matching number is inked on the slipcase, which is also very good, with a bit of chipping along a paper seam.
Synopsis
