John Ross & Company, 1871. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1871. No Edition Remarks. 200 pages. No dust jacket. Brown decorative cloth with gilt lettering. Sepia tinted photograph plates throughout. All edges gilt. Front hinge almost completely separated from text block, thus the board is slack. Rear hinge beginning to split at top. Small chip to rear endpaper, remnant stuck to paste down. Notable foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with crushing to spine ends. Minor tanning to spine and board edges, with few small stains and soiling all over boards.
