Grove Press, 1999. F/F, as new, signed by the author on title page when visiting Square Books in early spring, 1999. This novel was rejected by 70 publishers then published first in France and England. Grove published it in 1999, Egolf lived in Oxford for @19 months soon after this time, and in 2005 following a long period of depression suicide.
