New York: Harper & Row, 1977. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. This is a stated first edition. The interior of the book is crisp and clean. There is a former owner's name on the front free end paper, but no other marks or wear. The Illustrated laminated covers are bright, with just tiny dots of wear at tip.
