New York & London: Harper & Bros, 1898. This is a Very Good copy of the First American Edition. Brown decorative cloth binding, featuring a Claymore sword, a pistol, a mask, and a seagull. Crockett (1859-1914) was a prolific author of sentimental novels set in Scotland. Clean text; 413 pages, with two pages of publisher's adverts in the rear. Mildly bumped, topedge a bit dusty, and a few small stains; but withal a sound copy. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. First American Edition.. Decorative Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by T. De Thulstrup.
