[8], 9-134 pp. Quarter blue cloth over light blue paper boards with a black border on the front board, red lettering and red and black decorations on the front board. Lacks the dust jacket. Illustrations printed in red on the endpapers and pastedowns. With full-page and in-text black and white photographs taken by the author. A name on the free front endpaper, toning to the front preliminaries.
