Signed and inscribed by Balfour's brother, the 9th Duke of Argyll directly on the FFEP. Signed by the one time Governor General of Canada to Lord Strathcona, the founder of the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Bank of Montreal. Light foxing to gutters and endpapers. A very attractive copy overall.
