London, 1834. 142,12pp. Frontis. Original cloth-backed boards. Front board detached. A bit tanned. Else very good. Cobbett was a supporter of Jackson, in part because of the latter's Irish parentage. With a dedication by Cobbett: "To the Working People of Ireland." The frontispiece shows a portrait of Jackson surrounded above by a scene from the Battle of New Orleans. SABIN 13891. GAINES 93a.
