LONDON: METHUEN & CO., 1904 Full calf signed fine binding by Zaehnsdorf with 5 raised bands brown calf title slips gilt titles, 170 x 110 mm approx. gilt dentelles to turn ins. printed marbled made end papers, hand sewn two colour head and tail bands. top edge gilt xx + 264 pp. Frontis + 26 further coloured illustrations by Theodore Lane and several unspecified wood engravings. 1904 reprint founded on the First Edition by C S Arnold of 1825.
