A reprint of the last (1879) Edinburgh and London edition of Chambers's Encyclopaedia. Large additions on topics for American readers. Maroon cloth/no issued DJ. Gilt lettering. Boards have light edgewear and rubbing. Light silverfishing. Spine cloth has wear at top edge. Spine tight. A handsome copy of this reference volume covering 'Lepisma' to 'Mullion.'.
