Front hinge cracked, webbing showing, intact. Spine ends bumped, especially bottom front corner at spine. Spine sunned. Covers have light surface and edge wear. Edges of covers tanned; covers have a few light smudges. Endpapers lightly foxed and tanned. Pages clean and unmarked. Title page and opposite page have elaborate Celtic knot work design border in blue. Each chapter has a large initial letter with a Celtic knot work border and background. 398 pages. No dust jacket. Printed in Great Britain by Hazell, Watson & Viney, Ltd. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
