Printed by H. Woodfall for W. Innys and J. Richardson et al, 1755. 4to (10½ x 8¼ ins). Rebound in later half morocco on moire cloth, spine gilt ruled in six compartments and red spirnkled edges with replaced endpapers (tear on upper board and small nicks at edges - otherwise VG). Pp. xii thereafter unpaginated, title printed in red and black, text in triple columns (some toning on prelims; no inscriptions).
