London: Collins, 1971. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. First edition. Octavo. 320pp. A bit of faint soiling on the foredge, spine base very gently bumped, else fine in a trifle worn, fine dust jacket. Inscribed on the verso of the front fly: "Michael - So glad you picked this one ~ my warmest good wishes, Ralph Hammond Innes. at Folger Luncheon on my birthday! 15/7/81." Additionally Signed by Innes on the title page.

*Levkas Man* was made into a 1981 miniseries, shot in Greece, about an anthropologist's son who travels to the Greek island of Levkas to pursue his father's interest in the origins of man.
