London: Methuen, 1994-5 Two volumes, complete. Volume 1 is a reprint in same year as first published, Vol. 2 is a first edition. HB. Cloth with gilt titles, and dustjackets. 584pp & 616pp. With b&w photos in plates and line drawings by John Betjeman in text. Linen page markers. A Fine set. Vol.1 has owner's small name label inside front cover and the page edges are tanned. Both volumes have slight sunning to spines.
