Borst A.6.1.a variant 4.) [viii], 229 pp. Original purple cloth with zigzag pattern, front stamped in blind, spine lettered in gilt, brown endpapers. Very Good with cloth at head and tail worn away, toning to spine, small stain to back board. The uncommon preferred binding of Thoreau's Letters.
